At Iiva we prepare energy surveys, build energy management systems and provide investment and optimisation advice for companies in Sweden and Finland. In Sweden the statutory survey is led by a certified energy auditor.
Engineering, not estimates.
Our experts come from industrial engineering and process development. That is why we look at energy the way we look at production: it is measured, optimised and verified. Recommendations are always based on the company's own consumption data, not on averages or brochure figures.
We compare the contractors
We compare aggregators, equipment suppliers and contractors on the same calculation basis and request offers from several. We represent none of them.
Independence
We sell no equipment and represent no supplier. The client always receives several compared options on the same calculation basis and makes the decision themselves.
How we do the work
- A responsible auditor approved by the Finnish Energy Authority is accountable for every audit in Finland; in Sweden the statutory survey is led by a certified energy auditor.
- Our experts do the measurements, calculations and groundwork themselves.
- A report management understands, and measures with a payback period.
- The same contact person from the initial consultation to follow-up.

Our responsible-auditor qualification for energy audits is approved by the Finnish Energy Authority, and on Finnish sites we work in accordance with the Finnish Energy Efficiency Act and the authority's guidance. For Swedish sites we work from the EU Energy Efficiency Directive (2023/1791) and the Swedish Energy Agency's current guidance.
