In brief
We process only the data you provide in the contact form and the necessary technical logs. We use no cookies and no tracking. We do not pass data on for marketing.

What data we process
The name, company, email, phone, message and consumption data you provide in the form. In addition a technical log: a shortened hash of the IP address for one hour, for rate limiting and security.
Why we process data
We answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The basis is pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in managing the customer relationship and protecting the service.
Automatic structuring of the form
If you use the Structure your message function, the free text of your message is structured into fields in Anthropic's service in the United States. Without the function, the text is not sent there. The text is not stored or used to train models. The transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses.
Processors and transfers
Cloudflare (site and cookieless analytics), Web3Forms (form delivery) and Anthropic (structuring). Part of the processing takes place outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
Retention
We keep contact data for as long as the matter requires; if no customer relationship arises, we delete it once the matter is closed. Technical logs are deleted within an hour.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data. Send requests by email to the address above. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman or to IMY in Sweden.
Changes
We update this notice when needed.
